SALIFLI – Return & Exchange Policy

Your order will be accepted for a refund or exchange on full-priced item(s) if returned in their original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and free from damage.

Returns are also accepted for selected sale products, with refunds issued as Salifli Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases at salifli.com.
Items labeled as Final Sale — such as Clearance, Bundles, or Mystery Box purchases — are not eligible for return.
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for another item(s) of equal value.

All return requests must be authorized through our Return & Exchange system and sent back using our pre-paid return label within seven (7) business days of receiving return authorization.
Items sent beyond this period will not be accepted.
Please note that the original shipping cost and the cost of the return label are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage and delivery.
Salifli is not responsible for items lost, damaged, misdirected, or delivered late when returned via other carriers.

We aim to process returns within 7–10 business days after your package arrives at our distribution center.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been successfully processed.
